The NARL's National Nano Device Laboratories (NDL) has signed a collaboration agreement with the Biomaterials Center of Japan's National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS) on December 17, 2009 at the NARL-NDL. The bilateral cooperation will focus on biochips using semiconductor devices. The agreement was signed by Fu-Liang Yang, the director general of the NARL-NDL, and Yuji Miyahara, the director general of the Biomaterials Center of NIMS; and witnessed by Akira Matsumoto of NIMS and the NARL-NDL senior staff.
