The delegates of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR), accompanied by an officer of Taiwan’s National Science Council, visited the National Center for Research on Earthquake Engineering (NCREE) on June 2, 2009. The RFBR provides support and assistance to research work in fundamental science in Russia. Its delegation to Taiwan included the RFBR director, and department heads of international relations, innovation, and goal-oriented basic researches.
