The book publishing conference of “Advanced Nano-Scale Inspection Technology” was held on April 17 at ITRC. The consultant, and authors of the book, Dr. Mow Kuen Wu, Dr. Chau Hwang Lee, and Prof. Shean Jen Chen were invited to deliver speeches on nanotechnology.
