Prof. Gilles Lérondel of the Univeristy of Technology of Troyes (UTT), France, was invited by the National Central University and NDL (travel supported by NSC) to visit NDL to initiate the academic exchange between UTT and NDL on May 7~13, 2007. After continuous discussions, UTT and NDL signed the agreement of the academic exchange on July 16, 2007, under the support of the National Science Council. Two graduate students of UTT, Mr. Nicolas GUILLOT & Mr. Anthony DICHIARA, came to NDL on Feb. 2, 2009 to conduct their 6-month research inteship for their Master Thesis based on the above mentioned agreement.
