American Meteorology Society (AMS) held 2007 Conference at San Antonio, Texas in January. There were over 3000 experts and scholars from North/South Americas, Europe, Asia and Taiwan attending this conference. The data application of FORMOSAT-3 constellation and the positive impact to the global weather forecast have been widely discussed in the conference. NSPO’s performance to pROVide the real time global data was greatly appreciated by the researchers and the weather institutes. In the near future, NSPO will continue to pROVide the implementation of the current mission and FORMOSAT-3 program.
