The Fourth International Conference on Earthquake Engineering (4ICEE) was held in NCREE during October 12-13, 2006. There were more than 250 experts and scholars participating in this workshop and more than 210 papers collected from more than 19 countries. All participants visited the unique dynamic collapse tests on brick masonry bearing wall under out-of-plane seismic motions, in which NCREE research group had demonstrated its high-end experimental technologies and capability of conducting interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research.

ITRC has signed an agreement with the Polymer Engineering Center (PEC) of University of Wisconsin-Madison. Both parties will cooperate extensively in the machining technology of high-precision optical modeling.
