Earlier the NARL's National Center for High-Performance Computing (NCHC) in cooperation with Taiwan's National Science Council (NSC) formed Taiwan Grid Computing Association (TGCA). During the recent managing meeting, the TGCA was re-named as Taiwan Cloud and Grid Computing Association (TCGCA). With new mandates, the TCGCA is in the move to cooperate with the NARL-NCHC on cloud education and training certificate program, and to co-host annual workshops on cloud and grid computing), and to participate in cloud-related international collaboration activities.
