The workstation of the Weather Information and Nowcasting System (WINS) of the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) was incorporated into the facility of Taiwan Typhoon and Flood Research Institute Preparatory Office (TTFRI). The WINS includes data sources, communication, preprocessing, and product generation. TTFRI is now positioned to take advantage of this infrastructure to facilitate technology transfer to CWB.
