The Instrument Technology Research Center (ITRC) has signed the memorandum of understanding with the Optoelectronics Research Centre (ORC) based at the University of Southampton, the United Kingdom on April 30, 2009 to strengthen academic linkage and collaboration. ORC is one of the leading institutes for photonics research.
