NDL and The Institute of Microelectronics De Barcelona (IMB-CNM) of Council Supreme for Investigation de Science (CSIC) signed the Memorandum of Understanding on the 25th November 2008, which is the first official academic cooperation relationship set up between Taiwan and Spain.
