The Nationwide Document Delivery Service (NDDS), administered by the NARL’s Science & Technology Policy Research and Information Center (STPI), is in service since 2004. And its management system has been certified by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization, with ISO 9001:2000 in July 2008. 

Since then, the NDDS’s quality management system is firmly established for customer satisfaction in supplier-customer relationships. In connection with the certification for a new version of ISO 9001:2008, SGS, the verification and certification company, concluded their auditing of the NDDS on July 19, 2010 with a positive comment of “zero nonconformity”. Proven by the prestigious ISO, the NARL-STPI is committed to continue delivering high quality document services to all interested parties.
