The Consortium on Core Electronic Resources in Taiwan (CONCERT) is an association of academic institutions in Taiwan to facilitate acquiring licenses, loading and training of electronic academic resource from abroad. It is managed by the NARL's Science & Technology Policy Research and Information Center (STPI). The CONCERT Advisory Committee met on March 19, 2010 to chart future directions that are to consolidate acquisitions of overseas electronic resources, to streamline price negotiation and to maximize cost-effective results.
