A scientific delegation consisting of 22 researchers from India’s Ministry of Science and Technology, was invited by National Science Council to visit NCREE and NDL on September 1-2, 2008. In addition to understanding the development of Nanotechnology in Taiwan, the delegation also sought for the collaborative opportunity.
