Dr. Sami S. Habib, Director of the Center of nanotechnology, King Abdulaziz University, accompanied by Deputy Director Feng-Bor Weng of Yuan Ze University visited ITRC and NDL on August 26, 2008. Dr. Habib expressed high interests in development of atomic layer deposition system conducting joint graduate program with NARL/NDL.
