Dr. Dan Chang attended the APEC Tel 37 meeting in Japan as a deputy convenor .Tel Chair Dr. Aon recommended Dr. Chang to succeed as a convenor at the HOD meeting. This recommendation received appROVal from all the HODs at the meeting.
