Dr. Toshihiko Kanayama, the executive Director of the Advanced Semiconductor Research Center, AIST, Japan, and Mr. Hara Masashi, the representative of Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) visited NDL on May 23, 2008. Dr. Toshihiko Kanayama, the Japan-side convener of the first Japan-Taiwan Nano Device Workshop which is co-sponsored by JST and NSC, is keen to observe the NDL’s researchwork and evaluate its participation in the workshop.
