Dr. Wei-Xin Ni, the Director General of NDL, participated in the "3rd International Conference on Micro-Nanoelectronics, Nanotechnology & MEMs" during November 18-21 in Athens, Greece. He was invited to give an speech entitled 'Si Nanoelectronic Devices for emerging CMOS and beyond'. Dr. Wei-Xin Ni also visited Institute of Microelectronics (IMEL) and signed a memorandum of understanding with them for the collaboration on the field of nanotechnology.
