Dr. Jer-Nan Juang, President of NARL, attended the signing ceremony on Nov. 28 in Stanford University for, which was based on the project of "Stanford-Taiwan Biomedical Fellowship Program". The purpose of this program is to build the international cooperation platform for Taiwan.
