Prof. Friedrich B. Prinz, the chairman of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University, visited ITRC on November 15. During his visit, Prof. Prinz expressed great interests in the Atomic Layer Deposition System and Pulsed Laser Deposition System developed by ITRC staff scientists.
