Dr. Toshiaki Ikoma, the Director of Center for Research and Development Strategy (CRDS) of Japan S&T Agency (JST), visited STPI on October 18, 2007 for experience exchange and gave a speech entitled "Global innovation Ecosystem". The CRDS's mission is to conduct national science and technology policy research and to plan the technology development strategy. STPI has maintained a long-term relationship with CRDS in the past years.
