ASML, the world's largest manufacturer of semi-conductor lithography facility, visited ITRC on Oct. 18 for the evaluation of Taiwan's technological capability on optics and precision machinery. They were very impressed by ITRC's opto-mechatronic technology and expressed great confidence in establishing a R&D center in Taiwan.
