National Science & Technology Center for disaster Reduction will sign the collaborative memorandum with the Independent Administrative Institution National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Prevention of Japan and National Institute of Disaster Prevention of Korea in November to strengthen the experience and technology exchange and accelerate the development and innovation on disaster reduction and emergency response.
