The opening ceremony of NDL and CIC's branch centers in Chi-Mei building at National Cheng Kung University was held jointly on October 3, 2007. The new branch centers of NDL and CIC will facilitate collaboration between the two institutes in the nanotechnology-related energy and solar cells, and the SOC frontier research project, respectively.
