Dr. Wei-Xin Ni, the Director General of NDL was invited to give a keynote speech entitled "Emerging materials from nano-CMOS and beyond" in the IC Executive Forum of "SEMICON Taiwan", which was held at Taipei World Trade Center during September 12-14, 2007. "SEMICON Taiwan' is the world largest event of the semiconductor manufacturing industry in Taiwan.
