Dr. Wei-Xin Ni, the Director General of NDL visited Juelich Research Center and IHP in Germany during August 20-24 for the international collaboration and delivered a speech entitled"Emerging Devices for Nano-CMOS and Beyond", and also signed a collaborative MOU with IHP. Besides, Dr. Ni participated in the STINT-NSC Workshop in Sweden during August 27-31, and gave a speech entitled "Towards Nano-Biotronics".
