Estrella F. Alabastro, the Minister of Department of Science and Technology (DOST) of the Philippines, led the delegation taking part in the 1st Taiwan-Philippines Ministerial Meeting in Science and Technology on May 28th in Taiwan. The delegation also visited NARL, STPI and NCREE to exchange experience and had discussions on disaster mitigation, policy research, and information service for the future cooperation.
