National Nano Device Laboratories (NDL) and University of Mediterranean (Aix-Marseille II), one of major universities in France, signed a collaboration intention agreement on May 24, 2007, which would be the foundation stone for future mutual cooperation on scientific, academic, educational and cultural aspects.
