The 5th International Conference on Silicon Epitaxy and Heterostructures was held in Marseille, France during May 20-25. Dr. Wei-Xin Ni, the Director General of NDL was invited chairing a session, while NDL contributed two oral papers in the meeting. Besides, the 4th International SiGe Technology and Device Meeting will take place in Hsinchu, Taiwan in May 2008.
