NDL organized 2007 Symposium on Nano Device Technology (SNDT-2007) during May 9-15, and invited 20 international and domestic established scientists including Prof. Francesco Priolo from the University of Catania, Italy and Prof. Gilles Leronde from the University of Technology of Troyes, France for keynote speeches.
