The Joint 5th Taipei International Digital Earth Symposium (TIDES 2007), sponsored by NARL, will be held at Chinese Culture University in Taipei, Taiwan from May 15th to May 18th, 2007. NARL will host the "GEO Grid Forum－How and what can Taiwan engage in GEO Grid Development?" and invite related experts from Taiwan, USA, and Japan to participate in this forum for promoting the NARL's integrated capability in the area of environment and disaster reduction.
