NCHC, cooperating with Accton Technology Corporate, Association of Taiwan Aboriginal Empowerment and IAVE International Resource Center, proposed the workshop entitled “Strengthening Corporate Social Responsibility” to the 7th CIVICUS World Assembly; and further, the proposal was accepted on 15 March. The CIVICUS, which is supported by the UN, holds the World Assembly once every 2 years. This brought together nearly 1000 delegates from over 100 countries recently. The 7th CIVICUS World Assembly will take place in Glasgow, Scotland, UK, from May 23-27, 2007.
