The review meeting of the UMC-NDL young researcher fellowship was held by NDL on Dec. 19 for reviewing applications of year 2007. The review committee was chaired by Prof. Chun Yen Chang and consisted of the professors of Taiwan’s key universities, chief of UMC research department, Prof. Erich Kasper of Stuttgart University, and Prof. Kang-Lung Wang of UCLA. Dr. Szu-Hung Chen of National Chiao Tung University and Dr. Yu-Hsuan Kuo of National Taiwan University were awarded for the fellowship .
