The Director General of NSPO, Dr. Lance Wu, led a team with 3 members to participate in the 57th International Astronautical Congress (IAC), which as held in Valencia of Spain by International Astronautical Federation (IAF) from Oct. 2 to Oct. 6, 2006, and four NSPO’s papers were presented in the meeting.
